NOTES: Festival of Fools' management announced it would become
a bi-annual event after 1978, so there was no festival in Amsterdam
during 1979, but Footsbarn Theatre organized the Festival of Fools
On Tour in England, and no festival occurred in 1981; The Festival
of Fools in 1982 was devoted to street theater; There may have been
no festival in 1983, but a movie starring Jango Edwards and the
Festival of Fools gang (narrated by Howard Hessman) was distributed
via cable TV in the USA; 1984 was the last year of Amsterdam's Festival

Israeli cinematogues" made a 16mm film called The Fools,
which began shooting in 1975, and was shown at the 1978 Festival
